Return,Exchange and Refund Policy

Return Policy

 

We are sure you'll be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact sales@kevmiya.com . We're glad to accept your returns within 15 days of the delivery date for most items in good condition.

  1. Send an e-mail to sales@kevmiya.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
  1. Follow up the instructions we send in the email.
  1. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping about $5-$10 for customers in the US. Please don't use expensive expedited shipping). Send us the return tracking number after shipping out (we don't offer a return label, you need to pay the return shipping fee) .
  1. If you need to return more than 4 items (including 4 ) . we'll charge 10%-20% handling from your total amount of these returns. Please note that several fraudulent orders may attract a total fee of 30% .
  1. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 

Return Conditions

1.You have 15 days to decide if the items are right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 15 days of receipt.

2.The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, Cashmere Broken, Customized Items

  1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item thats worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

  1. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

 

6.For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

  1. If you need to return more than 2 plus size (XXXL, 1X, 2X, and 3X sizes) (including 2 ) washing wear from your order, these return items will be charged a part of the fees. 

 

Exchange Policy

About exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as the Return Rule. you need to tell us which item(s) you need exchange and we will ship your exchange item(s) in a week after your return parcel delivers.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Please kindly noted that the refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased.

    2. We require a return tracking number indicating delivery for a refund to be processed. (we don't offer a return label; you need to pay the return shipping fee), when processing a refund, when process refund it will be issued to your original Paypal account within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-6 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
